We are excited to have Kelly from Zero Gravity behind the tasting bar this Friday from 4-6pm. Zero Gravity Craft Brewery was launched in 2004, inside American Flatbread Burlington Hearth Restaurant, also owned by the founders of Zero Gravity. Later that year, they began brewing their own beer out of a 10-barrel brewery adjacent to the kitchen, and the Flatbread Brewpub was born. 

We will be tasting: 

Green State Lager (4.9% ABV): Made with the perfect balance of Noble hops and Pilsner malts to create a crisp and clean Pilsner. This is truly an anytime beer, perfect for all occasions. 
Little Wolf Pale Ale (4.7% ABV): Named after the hop plant humulus lupulus, which translates to “small wolf” from the plant’s habit of climbing up and smothering trees. This feisty American Pale Ale is also brewed to be gluten-reduced by adding an enzyme during the fermentation process that breaks down gluten protein chains and renders its gluten levels to be below the FDA standard for gluten free.
Conehead IPA (5.7% ABV): Brewed with Pilsner and American Wheat for a crisp, full mouthfeel and only hopped with Citra hops for a juicy burst of flavor.
Madonna DIPA (8% ABV): This double IPA is generously hopped with Citra and Motueka hops. Tropical fruits, mango, and grapefruit flavors meld beautifully with lemon-lime and nectar fruit. Wheat and Pilsner malt keep the body light and refreshing, so the hops can express themselves.
Oktoberfest (5.4% ABV): German malts and hops along with a long lagering give this beer impeccable drinkability. The superb malt flavor is balanced by just a hint of hop bitterness
